Dr. Gordon G. Mitchell is an interventional cardiologist and partner at Central Texas Heart in Bryan, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his Medical Degree (MD) at the University of Texas at Houston.

Dr. Mitchell completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, and he has been practicing medicine since 1981.
