Dr. Mario Lammoglia was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami and earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita, Kansas. His residency in Internal Medicine was completed at the University of Kansas and he was Chief Resident and Research Associate in his final year of residency. Dr. Lammoglia completed his cardiology fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and joined BCS Heart in 1996.

Dr. Lammoglia is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and is licensed in Texas and Kansas. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, and he also is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
